Job summary

ALTEN MÉXICO seeks a Lead System Requirements Manager to drive system requirements activities for vehicle feature development in the US. You will oversee upstream systems engineering, translate needs into system-level requirements, and guide cross-domain coordination with Vehicle Feature Owners, Architecture, Design, and Test & Validation teams.

Lead a team of Requirements Engineers, manage governance, and promote INCOSE-aligned practices while advancing MBSE methodologies and risk mitigation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in Systems/Requirements Engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency with MBSE and requirements tools.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical impacts of new features, modifications, and carry-over content.
• Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and verifiable.
• Lead requirement reviews, releases, and governance.
• Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into system-level requirements.
• Represent Requirements Management in discussions with Client and stakeholders.
