Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Vehicle Feature Owner to define, maintain, and govern the functional intent of assigned vehicle features across the product lifecycle.

You will work with Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Architecture and Design teams to translate feature intent into system requirements, assess impacts, and drive evolution of requirements while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of system requirements, feature requirements, and traceability.
• Experience with vehicle system interactions and requirements management tools (DOORS/DOORS Next).

Responsibilities

• Own the functional definition of assigned vehicle features.
• Define feature behavior, performance expectations, and operating conditions.
• Ensure feature requirements are complete, consistent, and aligned with program objectives.
• Act as the authoritative source for feature intent and expected system behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate feature intent into system requirements.
