Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Subject Matter Expert – System Requirements Management to lead cross-domain requirements for vehicle feature development. You will assess technical impacts, govern changes, and ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and verifiable across programs.

Strong understanding of systems engineering processes and lifecycle.
Knowledge of MBSE approaches and INCOSE standards.
Familiarity with requirements decomp, allocation, and change management.
Experience with cross-functional integration in automotive programs.

Responsibilities

Evaluate technical impacts of new vehicle features and carry-over content on system requirements.
Drive requirement reviews and release decisions; provide direction to Requirements Engineers.
Represent the RM organization in client discussions and defend requirement decisions.
Promote INCOSE-aligned practices and governance improvements in RM.
Lead a small team of Requirements Engineers with coaching and mentorship.
