Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Vehicle Feature Owner / System Engineer to define, maintain, and govern the functional intent of vehicle features across the development lifecycle. You will own feature behavior, requirements, and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Collaborate with systems engineering, requirements management, architecture, and validation to assess changes, drive system requirements updates, and support reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of system and feature requirements, and traceability.
• Experience with DOORS / DOORS Next.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional definition of assigned vehicle features.
• Define feature behavior, performance expectations, and operating conditions.
• Translate feature intent into system requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Assess impacts of feature changes and update requirements across vehicle systems.
