Job summary

Amazon Delivery Experience is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end UX design for self-service tools, dashboards, and auditing interfaces. You will translate field insights into clear, usable designs that operators rely on daily.

Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to apply patterns, reduce complexity, and integrate AI where appropriate. Expect rapid iteration and close collaboration with stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile.
• Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large scope projects.
• Experience using AI tools in design and designing AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for digital products including self-service tools, insights dashboards, and auditing interfaces
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and performance metrics
• Explore and integrate AI: identify opportunities to use AI in work processes and product features
• Collaborate strategically with partners in planning cycles
• Simplify complexity and translate complex financial processes into glanceable interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
• Iterate quickly and refine based on user feedback and technical constraints
• Apply patterns to ensure consistency and accelerate partners
• Advocate for design decisions with context from user research, business goals, and technical constraints
• Present and share design work with product teams, engineering leadership, and senior stakeholders
