As a Senior UX Designer, you will work with product, engineering, and applied science to define what we build and why, not just how it looks. You will mentor others and advance trust in human-AI collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Ability to lead end-to-end design for complex systems or cross-product experiences.
• Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end UX strategy across complex product areas and multi-service journeys.
• Lead the design of AI-native experiences with proactive, context-aware AI teammates.
• Apply system-level thinking to create cohesive experiences across products and touchpoints.
• Leverage AI-accelerated workflows and rapid prototyping to explore ideas and validate concepts.
• Partner with product, engineering, and science to shape product strategy and roadmap and influence senior stakeholders.
• Drive user understanding and validation through research, experiments, and data, mentoring other designers.
