Job summary

Amazon’s Customer Service UX Studio seeks a Senior UX Designer to transform data into actionable insights and scalable service experiences. You will lead from concept to launch, shaping interfaces that blend customer voices with business reporting, trends, and agent workflows.

The role spans multiple teams, emphasizing rigorous research, prototyping, and design excellence. You will work with product, engineering, science, and research partners to deliver data-heavy solutions, driving outcomes

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience.
Have an online portfolio or samples on resume demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
Experience delivering design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.
Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute programs that are strategic in nature.
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for a brand new customer service tools, from concept to launch.
Partner with product, engineering, science, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions in a data-heavy space.
Lead design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
Create user interfaces that reveal intuitive patterns to users.
Develop and validate solutions through user research and iterative testing.
Build compelling narratives that connect customer insights to business opportunities.
Experiment with innovative tools and UX best practices to drive and define new ways of working.
