Job summary

Amazon Delivery Experience is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for digital tools used by our delivery network. You will translate field insights into clear, usable interfaces and partner with product managers, engineers, and designers to drive impactful experiences across desktop and mobile.

You will explore AI opportunities, create wireframes and prototypes, and advocate design decisions with robust supporting research and business context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile.
• Experience acquiring user data and creating personas and journey maps.
• Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
• Experience delivering design solutions for large scope and complexity.
• Experience using AI tools to design and power AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for self-service tools, dashboards, and auditing interfaces.
• Evaluate design performance through user research, usability testing, and metrics.
• Explore and integrate AI to unlock innovation in processes and features.
• Collaborate with partners in planning cycles.
• Translate complex financial processes into simple interfaces.
