Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX for desktop and mobile.
• Knowledge of information architecture best practices.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience owning end-to-end programs to drive results.
• Proficiency with Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with voice or multimodal design.
• Experience delivering UX solutions for complex workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design the CX/UX of multiple products or a single complex product; own end-to-end UX from strategy to execution and UX sign-off.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, design exploration, and iteration.
• Adopt emerging AI capabilities to increase speed and output quality.
• Advocate for the customer using data like market analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with global Prime stakeholders across product, engineering and data science.
• Plan and balance immediate requirements with long-term scalable solutions.
• Define and improve design practices and drive their adoption.
• Assess feature effectiveness with usability testing and validation.
