Job summary

Amazon, a global leader in customer-centric solutions, seeks a Senior UX Designer to elevate our network CS tools. You will own the design from concept to launch, collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful, user-focused solutions.

You will guide design reviews, create meaningful interfaces, and validate ideas through user research and iterative testing. Strong emphasis on AI/ML in UX is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of design experience.
• Online portfolio showing end-to-end, user-centered design for desktop and mobile.
• Experience with large scope projects and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for a brand new customer service tool from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead design reviews and workshops to align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Create interfaces that reveal meaningful patterns to users.
• Develop and validate solutions through user research and iterative testing.
• Build narratives connecting insights to business opportunities.
• Experiment with new tools and UX practices to innovate.
