You will own discovery through production-ready specs and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and scientists to deliver scalable, high-quality designs.

You will lead user research, define reusable interaction patterns, and advocate accessibility to ensure strong, consumer-grade experiences for non-technical business users.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end experience across all surfaces (mobile, web, desktop), from early discovery and concept exploration through production-ready specs and engineering handoff.
• Address requirements spanning both technical and non-technical customers.
• Contribute reusable patterns and interaction models that span cross-surface and cross-capability to ensure consistency and quality across the broader platform experience.
• Partner closely with technical product managers, engineers, and applied scientists to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new concepts.
• Present design rationale and strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership, grounding decisions in customer research and data.
• Conduct and synthesize user research—from evaluative usability studies to generative discovery—to inform and validate design direction.
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design, and progressive disclosure to manage complexity without sacrificing power.
