Job summary

R-2 Contractors, Inc. is hiring a Utility-Scale Concrete Foreman to lead field crews on foundation projects across the United States. This role requires daily planning, coordination of crews, and ensuring safe, high-quality concrete work.

You will read project drawings, supervise concrete placement, formwork, and curing, and mentor crew members while maintaining schedules and safety standards. Expect 100% travel and a union work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of utility-scale or heavy civil concrete construction experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman leading field crews.
• Strong knowledge of flatwork, formwork, reinforced steel, concrete placement, finishing and curing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily concrete construction activities for utility-scale foundations.
• Plan daily work assignments and coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret project drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
