Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Great Falls, Montana. You will direct foremen and crews, manage safety, quality, and schedule, and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and engineers.

This role requires five years of supervisory utility construction experience, hands-on equipment operation, and the ability to travel as needed. You will mentor teams, plan mobilization, and drive project success from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas.
• Experience operating heavy equipment (backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow, compact track loader).

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality and productivity requirements on projects.
• Lead and mentor Foreman and crews to finish on time and on budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage change orders, paperwork, and daily logs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety procedures.
