Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to manage and oversee utility construction projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion while meeting budget goals.

You will coordinate with crew, subcontractors and engineers, recruit staff, review time and invoices, and drive planning, scheduling and pre-mobilization for projects nationwide. This role requires travel and a strong commitment to OSHA and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget and objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit new talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Recruit and approve subcontractors for projects and ensure safety, quality and productivity standards are met.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and documentation, including time, invoices and change orders.
