Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead and mentor field crews, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on telecom and utility projects. You will manage staffing, coordinate subcontractors, and drive on-time, on-budget project completion.

Ideal candidates bring five years of supervisory utility construction experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to job sites nationwide. CDL preferred and willingness to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Experience directing Foreman and crews; ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity standards in field projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to meet deadlines and financial targets.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation for on-time delivery.
• Oversee safety, quality, and productivity compliance across assigned projects.
