Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead telecom infrastructure projects, mentor foremen and crews, and coordinate subcontractors to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and profitability goals.

The role requires directing project teams, staffing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and engineers. Ideal candidates will have five years of supervisory utility construction experience, a valid CDL, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations in city and rural utility works.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to mentor crews and recruit talent.
• Strong safety, quality, and productivity focus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet safety, quality and productivity goals for projects.
• Direct, mentor, and lead foremen and crews to on-time completion.
• Staff projects and recruit/retain talent for continued growth.
• Manage subcontractors, approvals, and performance.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily logs, time reports, and project paperwork.
• Ensure mobilization, equipment readiness and on-site logistics.
