Job summary

PUSH is seeking a Construction Superintendent (NW Region) to oversee telecom infrastructure projects in Wolf Point, MT. You will direct Foreman and crews, manage safety, quality, and on-time completion while meeting budget targets.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience in utility construction, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit talent. Travel is extensive, with 100% travel to project sites across the region. Benefits and competitive pay offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with digging operations and operating equipment.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Foreman and crews to complete projects on time.
• Staff projects and recruit talent.
• Manage safety, quality and productivity objectives.
• Maintain project logs and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and engineers.
