Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead telecom and utility construction projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong relationships with customers and engineers.

The role requires planning, scheduling, staffing, and coordinating resources to deliver on-time results and budget targets. Travel is required; a CDL is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas around utilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and prepare project-related reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects; recruit and retain talent and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors for approval and ensure subcontractor performance.
• Maintain daily logs, time reports, invoices and related paperwork.
