Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to lead utility construction projects nationwide. You will mentor foremen and crews, manage staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are achieved while maintaining strong relationships with customers and engineers.

You will coordinate project planning, scheduling, and reporting; review daily time, invoices, and change orders; and drive on-time, on-budget delivery with extensive travel required.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction or related field.
• Ability to lead crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Strong communication and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor foreman and crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and manage employee relations and performance.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project activities; review time, invoices, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA, and client specifications.
