Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience within a utility construction setting.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations around utilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor crew regarding projects for on-time completion.
• Responsible for staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
