Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment Inc. is hiring an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker Lead for The Magnolia venue. You will welcome guests, scan tickets, assist with seating, ensure safety, and support operations during shows.

The role involves driving guest satisfaction, managing breaks, training new staff, and helping with setup/teardown. Requires 1+ year in guest services, strong communication, and 18+ years of age.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry; assist with seating and wayfinding.
• Maintain venue safety, cleanliness, and guest readiness during events.
• Support with employee breaks and training of new staff.
• Assist with setup/teardown and event checklists.
• Resolve guest complaints and verify tickets/passes for entry.
• Provide accommodations for guests with special needs.
• Support sustainability and recycling efforts in the venue.
• Guide guests to exits and assist in emergencies.
• Cover for Usher Supervisor on selected shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
