Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment’s Uptown Theater in Minneapolis is seeking an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to greet guests, scan tickets, help with seating, and assist during shows. You will support guest needs and help maintain a safe, clean venue throughout events.

Strong customer service, clear communication, and physical stamina are essential as you assist guests and participate in venue safety, recycling, and post-show tasks. Join our team for dynamic live experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.+

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry.
• Assist guests with locating seats and answer questions.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness throughout the show.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems and guide to exits.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide emergency instructions.
• Support venue sustainability and recycling efforts.
• Collaborate with staff to close the venue after events.
• Provide directions and information as needed.
