Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker to welcome guests, scan tickets, assist with seating and provide guidance before, during and after shows. You will help keep the venue safe, clean and presentable, and resolve guest questions or concerns with a service-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Constant walking, stairs climbing and ability to lift 25 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry, assist with seating and answer questions.
• Maintain venue safety, cleanliness and presentation for guests.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems efficiently.
• Verify tickets or passes for authenticity and seating.
• Assist guests with special needs and accessibility needs.
• Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts.
