Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in the United States is seeking an usher, greeter or ticket taker to ensure safety, assist guests, and maintain venue cleanliness before, during and after shows. You will greet guests, scan tickets, help with seating, resolve guest questions, and participate in emergency guidance and sustainability efforts.

Must have strong communication and guest-service mindset. Applicants must be capable of walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in a dynamic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs.+

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets at entry.
• Assist guests with seating and locating seats.
• Maintain venue safety and cleanliness for guests.
