Live Nation Entertainment's Magnolia venue seeks an Usher/Greeter/Ticket Taker Lead to ensure guest safety, assist with seating, and maintain the venue's cleanliness before, during, and after shows. You will support breaks, lead the event crew, train new staff, and help with setup and tear-down, while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced live entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and scan tickets at venue entry, assist with seating, and verify entry to different seating levels.
• Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after shows.
• Assist with breaking schedules and supervise the event crew during shifts.
• Train and onboard new staff; support setup and tear-down of venue and checklists.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure a positive guest experience.
