Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking friendly, motivated staff to ensure guests have a great experience at our venues. You will greet patrons, scan tickets, verify age and entry, and help with seating and directions throughout events.

The role also includes coat-check support, crowd management, and delivering excellent customer service while following health and safety guidelines. Prior guest services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy entertainment setting and follow safety rules.
• Prior experience in guest services or event operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, scan tickets, and verify entry eligibility at venue entrances.
• Assist patrons with directions, seating, and accessibility needs during events.
• Coordinate coat check, line management, and guest information tasks as needed.
