Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets on entry, answer questions and assist with seating.
• Maintain venue safety, cleanliness and guest comfort throughout the show.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems promptly and professionally.
• Verify tickets or passes for entry to different seating levels.
• Assist guests with special needs and provide directions as needed.
• Support venue sustainability and recycling efforts during events.
