Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑conscious Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to multiple job sites as needed, and report to the General Foreman.

The role requires five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to travel. You will guide safety briefings, oversee quality, and perform live line work with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid CDL license and willingness to travel long distances.
• Willing to work outages, storms, and on-call rotations.
• Experience coaching and training junior workers in safe procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated sticks.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain excavation equipment.
