Job summary

Pike Electric LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. The role involves work on energized and de-energized lines and may require travel to diverse job sites, including out-of-state locations, as needed by operations.

The Foreman will supervise safety briefings, ensure quality and on-time project completion, and oversee fault locating, switching procedures, and live-line work with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/cushion strength to handle up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform new construction, maintain and repair underground distribution systems with safety first.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower classification employees in safe procedures.
