Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

You will supervise crew safety briefings, train junior staff, ensure project quality and timely completion, and perform live‑line work with proper PPE. A CDL and extensive underground experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience required.
• Valid CDL required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems, energized or de-energized, prioritizing safety.
• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train junior employees in safe, productive work procedures.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines from start to finish.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors, troubleshoot faults on primary and secondary systems.
• Follow switching, tagging, grounding and voltage procedures with proper PPE and equipment.
• Coordinate one-shot on reclosing devices when required.
• Work in confined spaces near energized equipment.
• Operate excavation equipment like backhoes and trenchers.
