Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will supervise energized and de-energized lines, travel to job sites nationwide as needed, and report to the General Foreman.

The role requires at least five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and willingness to work overtime and on-call rotations. You must supervise team members, ensure quality, and adhere to all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience required.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Out-of-state travel as needed by projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew on construction and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Ensure quality and timely completion of each project.
• Operate excavation equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions and be available for outages or on-call rotations.
