Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing electrical underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and may travel to out-of-state job sites as needed, reporting to the General Foreman.

Essential functions include safety briefings, coaching junior staff, project leadership, and hands-on installation and repair of underground facilities. Must be CDL-certified and able to work extended hours and outages.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of underground line experience.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push or pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to work outside normal hours and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Perform construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines, ensuring safety compliance.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot voltage faults.
• Operate excavation equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Work outages, storms, emergencies and on-call rotation.
