Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. The role involves working on energized and de-energized lines, with travel to various job sites as needed, reporting to the General Foreman.

The candidate must have at least five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and be willing to travel on short notice. You will oversee safety briefings, manage project quality, and perform live-line work with proper PPE.

Formación

• Five (5) years of recent underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Work for extended periods at job locations, including out-of-state assignments.
• Willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, emergency callouts, and overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Perform new construction, maintain and repair energized and de-energized underground distribution systems while prioritizing safety.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors; troubleshoot primary and secondary systems.
• Oversee project work quality and ensure completion deadlines.
• Coordinate live line work using PPE and insulated tools for testing and switching.
• Adhere to safety protocols and manage on-site conditions including travel and on-call rotations.
