Job summary

You will train crew members, troubleshoot field issues, maintain records, and ensure on-time completion while keeping customers satisfied. This is a full-time, non-exempt role with union wage scale and Local 702 benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Understands drawings and symbols for lines/equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to work with hands above head.
• Weight limit and safety constraints apply.
• Willing to pay union dues.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and policy.
• Discusses access and work details with property owners.
• Obtains permission to perform required work.
• Maintains customer relations through effective completion.
• Investigates minor incidents and claims as needed.
• Keeps timesheets and reports for crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and uses resources efficiently.
• Furnishes reports on orders completed and crew time.
