Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly accountable to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Interface with customers for project scope and schedules.

• Oversee contractor selection, change orders and payments.
• Lead and coach team members to improve performance.
• Acquire zoning variations and permits as needed.
• Provide backup support for the PM Manager.
