Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transmission Line Project Manager to join our Power Delivery practice. You will manage projects of varying sizes, lead engineering teams, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence across domestic environments.

The role supports marketing and client engagement while coordinating with regional leadership. Preferred candidates hold a civil or mechanical engineering degree with FE/PE (or PMP) credentials and have at least two years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, related field or equivalent experience.
• FE/PE license preferred; PMP can substitute for PE.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong ability to interact with design teams and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage transmission line projects across the full lifecycle, from scope to closeout.
• Lead project teams, assign roles, monitor schedule, budget, and QA/QC.
• Coordinate with clients and agencies, and assist in marketing/proposal efforts as needed.
