WSP USA is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to lead planning, design and delivery of high-voltage overhead transmission lines across the Southeast. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, maintain schedules, and coordinate with clients to ensure technical excellence.

The role requires a PE licensure or active pursuit, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and 7–10 years in transmission projects. Proficiency in PLS-CADD, ArcGIS, AutoCAD and related tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
• 7–10 years in transmission design/management with multi-disciplinary teams.
• PE licensure is preferred/required.
• Knowledge of NESC, RUS, and GO-95 helpful.
• Strong English communication and MS Office skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering of transmission projects up to 765kV.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly project meetings with clear owners.
• Coordinate with clients on project status and meetings.
• Forecast resources and manage project constraints.
• Support PMs with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor staff and maintain QA/QC adherence.
