Job summary

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in SOC/VLSI bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering.
• Excellent working knowledge of Advantest 93000 tester (Smartest 7 and 8) for characterization and production testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs.
• Collaborate with ASIC design teams, NPI teams, and cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality test solutions.
• Work with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing test and quality issues; drive root-cause analysis and containment actions.
