Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Test Engineer in Silicon Operations to lead the design, development, and testing of Cisco's Silicon One ASICs. You will collaborate closely with ASIC design teams, OSAT partners, and NPI teams to ensure high-quality silicon that meets customer needs.

You will drive high-volume test activities, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective actions across multiple teams, while communicating effectively up to executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent)
• 9+ years' experience in SOC/VLSI/ bring-up, characterization, qualification and product engineering
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving test strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and testing of Cisco Silicon One ASICs with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with Tier-1 OSATs to manage high-volume manufacturing test and quality issues
• Drive failure analysis, containment, and root cause corrective actions across projects
