Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced System Level Test Engineer in Santa Clara, CA to develop and execute system-level testing for complex SoC/ASIC products, with emphasis on post-silicon validation, QA, and test automation.

Candidate will use Python and shell scripting to build robust test workflows, analyze results, and drive root-cause resolutions. Collaboration across ASIC, ATE, DFT, and software teams is essential for quality and yield improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant product engineering or hardware systems experience.
• Strong experience in semiconductor product testing, system validation, or hardware verification.
• Hands-on experience with SoC/ASIC validation, ATE, DFT, or post-silicon validation.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with test automation and system-level diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve testing methodologies for complex SoC products.
• Perform system-level diagnostics, verification, and post-silicon validation.
• Support silicon characterization, QA, test, yield enhancement, and specification validation.
• Develop and maintain test automation using Python and shell scripting.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot complex silicon and hardware issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventative actions.
• Collaborate with ASIC, ATE, DFT, silicon validation, fab process, software, and quality teams.
• Support identification, debugging, and resolution of silicon issues.
• Drive process improvements across testing workflows, methodologies, and products.
• Work cross-functionally to improve product quality, test coverage, and overall test efficiency.
