Job summary

AmFirst is seeking a Branch Teller Supervisor to jointly support the Branch Manager in delivering high-quality service to members. The role oversees daily teller activities, vault transactions, and audit/security functions at the front line.

You will assist tellers, monitor vault operations, and lead training to improve performance while maintaining branch equipment and settlements. A high school diploma and teller experience are essential.

Qualifications

• One year teller experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with 10-key calculator and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Assist tellers with daily activities and address member questions.
• Monitor vault cash, daily cash orders, and branch balancing.
• Provide ongoing training and feedback to tellers and report performance issues to management.
• Complete reports, audits, and required documentation on time.
• Maintain branch equipment including ATM activity and cash recyclers.
• Foster positive relationships to deliver quality member service.
