Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking a Branch Teller Supervisor to coordinate customer service and teller operations across our branch. You’ll monitor staffing, audits, and compliance while delivering professional service and resolving complex cash transactions.

Responsibilities include mentoring colleagues, achieving sales and service goals, and balancing vault and ATM operations. A strong priority is helping customers with financial needs and cross-selling appropriate products.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform accurate teller transactions.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence and sales goals.
• Supervisory experience preferred and demonstrated leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of teller functions including staffing, audits, and compliance.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service to customers and prospective customers.
• Operate the teller drawer and perform advanced, specialized teller functions including researching cash discrepancies.
