Addison Group is partnering with a well-established financial institution to hire a Teller Supervisor in Oklahoma City. The role leads the teller team, supports branch operations, and delivers exceptional customer service while upholding internal controls.

You will coach staff, schedule shifts, conduct cash audits, train new hires, and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Ideal candidates have 2+ years teller experience (or 3+ years banking), strong communication skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years teller experience or 3 years banking experience.
• Supervisory, lead, or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations and cash handling.
• Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead teller staff and support branch operations.
• Coach on customer needs and cross-sell banking products.
• Create schedules and manage workload.
