Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Teller experience or similar retail experience.
• Available to work varied hours Mon-Fri 8:00–5:30 PM and rotating Saturdays.
• Excellent member service and ability to explain credit union services.

Responsibilities

• Performs regular Teller duties: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments.
• Manages vault transactions and maintains cash levels; balances ATM.
• Oversees teller line and assists staff with questions or problems.
• Welcomes members, determines needs, and provides routine information on services; refers and cross-sells.
• Assists with opening and closing procedures.
• Schedules, trains, and monitors tellers; provides input on performance.
