Truliant Federal Credit Union is seeking a Lead Teller I to guide daily teller operations, coach team members, and ensure accurate cash handling and service standards. You will resolve member concerns with care and maintain confidentiality in a busy branch environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years teller or branch operations experience, supervisory or mentoring background, and strong English communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years teller/branch ops experience in financial services.
• Previous supervisory experience or mentoring experience.
• Previous sales experience in a service-focused environment is a plus.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day teller experience by supporting team, enforcing service standards, and managing cash processes.
• Act as role model for member service and resolve account concerns with confidentiality.
• Collaborate with branch management and assist with training and policy updates.
