Job summary

KeyBank in Toledo is seeking a Lead Teller to act as a trusted advisor and resource for complex client servicing needs. You will guide tellers, balance cash drawers, and ensure branch operations meet regulatory standards while coaching staff to enhance the client experience.

You will observe client conversations for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate, supporting onboarding and training in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years superior client relationship skills.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in cash handling.
• Working knowledge of PC with Windows-based applications and calculator.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and foster teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines.
• Coach tellers and oversee day-to-day teller line operations.
• Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues.
• Transition clients to a Banker for financial wellness conversations.
• Support onboarding and training of new Tellers; comply with regulations.
