KeyBank is seeking a Lead Teller in Dayton, OH to serve as the frontline problem solver and trusted advisor for our branch. You will guide tellers, handle cash operations, and coach staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal controls.

You will observe client needs, promote bank products, and help clients move toward financial wellness by connecting them with a Banker when appropriate. This role requires strong relationship building and teamwork in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent business experience (required).
• 3+ years demonstrated superior client relationship skills (required).
• 3+ years experienced in cash handling (required).

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent client service and resolve issues in person in the branch.
• Lead, coach, and schedule tellers to ensure accurate teller operations.
• Identify opportunities for financial wellness and smoothly transition clients to a Banker.
