Responsibilities

• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Coaches, mentors and leads tellers by example in identifying opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers and referrals to branch staff.
• Engages customers and positions PNC products to meet needs via in-branch interactions and technology tools.
• Supports Branch Manager in performance management and new hire processes.
• Ensures daily branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
