Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking and teller leadership is preferred.
• Knowledge of banking products and customer service standards.
• Ability to coach and develop tellers and manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead tellers to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer.
• Use technology to educate customers on options for transactions.
• Assist the Branch Manager with performance management and staff hiring.
• Ensure branch operations and maintenance are performed accurately.
