Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver a unique customer experience and loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives for financial interactions.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer as appropriate to branch staff.
• Coach and mentor tellers and participate in lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Ensure daily teller and branch operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
